Lokpal Bill: For Nation's Betterment or Loss

The Lokpal episode is running from the last six months. Anna Hazare, the heavy weight social activist is fasting for this. But what is happening to the democracy and the constitution of India. The bill was under construction from the last 3 months, many ministers and social activists were commenting and were giving suggestion about it. Now finally the bill got passed, but without any kind of constitutional status. Have any common man thought that what is happening inside the country.

Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh said that, “The task of legislation…must be performed by all of us who have been constitutionally assigned to do this. Others can have their voices heard but the decision must be rest with us.”* Pranab Mukherjee, the honorable finance minister is also supporting the view of PM. He commented that, “Nothing has come from a magician’s hat…legislation must be done on the floor of the House, not on the street. This bill may not be best, but it’s good.”*
But the leader of opposition, Sushma Swaraj showed another view of her party regarding Lokpal Bill. She said, “Either you correct this bill or…send it again to the standing committee…Bring it back in three months.”* On the other hand, Lalu Prasad Yadav is saying another thing, “You (govt.) have created this problem by entertaining those who will never be satisfied. Take back this bill, it is a noose around our neck.”* And Mulayam Singh Yadav is also following the same footsteps of Lalu Prasad, “Lok Sabha represents wishes of people. Democracy is bigger than Lokpal.”*

The members of the Lok Sabha are not unanimous at their own point. Somebody is supporting and most of them are rejecting. Some of the ministers like Lalu Prasad Yadav, Mulayam Singh Yadav are against this bill because they know that they are guilty and what they have committed in their overall political career. They are also aware of this fact that, if they will support to the implementation of the Lokpal Bill, then they are going to be the first guinea pigs for the Supreme Court and the Lokayukta.
Now the special amendments to be done in the bill are as follows:
·         Armed forces are excluded from the arena of Lokpal. They are under different wing with the civilian and criminal laws
·         Lokayukta of the states will not be notified till the time the state assembly will permit
·         Three-fourths of the nine members of the Lokpal needs to approve an inquiry against the PM
·         Any kind of action cannot be taken before the trial and without the permission of the presiding officers of the legislatures (section 24)

Now another question is coming in my mind being a spectator. Our government and the opposition too are fighting on the Lokpal Bill, what clause should be there and what not. But who will take care of the other issues of the nation. 2G spectrum case is going on. Nira Radia, Kanimozhi and D.Raja are in the jail, but still the decision of the court is yet to come. Another case is going to take a big position. That’s the case of the food against the consumer affairs and distribution ministry. An audit was done on the basis of the record of 2006-2011, when NCP supremo, Sharad Pawar was the food minister. The whole irregularity was of Rs, 1,000.

With these issues, the nation is going through the recession, but no party is concerned about that. Nobody is thinking how to cope with the unemployment and recession. Day by day the numbers of the unemployed people is increasing in leaps and bounds. Prices of petrol and diesel will rise again in January, 2012. All these problems are going in the country one after another, but the government and the opposition is only concerned about the Lokpal Bill, not interested in these issues.

Changing trend in television

It seems that now-a-days television has become the source of sensationalism & vulgarity. During the 1980s the television used to be the source of our culture & tradition. People used to show the daily soaps to their children in order to make them learn about the Indian culture. Hum Log, Buniad, Swabhimaan, etc. were the daily soaps which started with a pure family story & ended with the family issues. It used to show the turmoil goes on in a family, the problems & sufferings they used to face in their lives.
Later on a period came into the television industry about the fight against the existence in the society. Shows like, Shanti, Astitvaa – Ek Prem Kahani, Kkusum, etc. But the new trend in television industry came up by holding the hands of Ekta Kapoor. She feminized the Indian television industry. The TV serials like, Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki, Kyun Ki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Kahi Kisi Roz, Kkusum, Kesar, etc. were the shows which portrayed women in a very different way. All the events in the serials used to roam around the actresses & their struggle for their & their family’s existence used to be the crux of the story. But after that, this kind of story also got a shattered blow in the television industry.
The game shows like, Kaun Banega Crorepati, Kya Aap Panchvi Pass Se Tez Hain, Dus ka Dum, Sawaal 10 crore Ka, etc. introduced in the television at the prime time of the big channels. But this trend got changed with the time. Now-a-days, the shows like, Splitsvilla, Love Locker, Emotional Atyachar, Bigg Boss, are the events which is intruding in the personal life of the people & are proving them wrong. Intruding in somebody’s personal life is not enough, on the other ways people are enjoying these shows why, because the directors of the shows are highlighting the vulgarity & obscenity in these shows. If in Emotional Atyachar, the director in showing that a guy is having intimate with her girl friend then what’s the problem. If he is bluffing his girl friend then one day or the other the girl will come to know about it. But this is not the way to show the world the vulgarity by showing kissing & smooching scenes on TV. People cannot see television with the family members. More than that the shows like, Raaz - Pichle Janam Ka, Sach Ka Samna, etc, where the show directors again plays with somebody's personal life. We always says that "Past is Past" but we can't keep it past, we always bring it in the present.
Television is always used to be the medium of communication from the 1980s, when television was introduced in India. But now being the people of this generation we should think that what kind of think we are doing & what kind of shows we are appreciating on television. These kinds of hideous shows do what for the society. According to the Communication for Social Change theory (CFSC), “The act of people coming together to decide who they are, what they want and how they will obtain what they want — the definition of communication for social change — demonstrates success, especially for poor, previously marginalized or excluded people.” Again Paulo Freire (1970), "The Brazilian educator who conceived of communication as dialogue and participation for the purpose of creating cultural identity, trust, commitment, ownership and empowerment (in today’s term)”.
Now being the audience, we should decide what to watch on television & what not to. If we are watching any show then why & if not then why not. We should keep in mind that television is the medium of communication, not the medium of vulgarity & obscenity, which will surely destroy our culture & tradition one day. Television was the medium of communication before almost 10 years, but now this has become the medium of sensationalism & lust.

Man’s inhumanness

We, human beings always talk about the big promises in life. We always try to do something great that people can remember him or her. But they never think that what kind of work it should be. Being human beings they have got heart to feel others emotions and pains, have mind to distinguish between right and wrong. But now-a-days people are so engaged in making their life luxurious and lavish that they have forgotten their own duties being human beings. They don’t know how to help others. Financial help is something a big question but people can help others emotionally and psychologically.
Some days back in Pondicherry, India a poor man was lying near a canal. People were travelling through that area, but nobody gave a damn to that old poor man. He was suffering from some chronic diseases and was totally a lean and thin person. After four to five days, his mother came to look after him. When she saw her son lying in a dying stage, she couldn’t resist her and tried to take him to the hospital. When they were going to the hospital, due to jerks in the roads his spinal cord got broke and he breathed his last.
From this story and this picture attached in the blog, everybody can see that the man was lying in an area which is full of affluent people. This residential area has so money that they can afford electronic gadgets and devices manufactured by IFB (truck is visible in the picture). If the people of this residential area has so much money that they can afford home appliances of such big brand, then why they cannot help a poor guy who was suffering from such disease. When the person was taken to the hospital he was measured of 20 kilograms.
I’m thinking that how can a wife leave her husband like this. How can children leave their father just like that? Is it marking the end of humanity or is this showing the higher level of selfishness. People should be selfish at a point when they want something and their want is not harming anybody’s emotions and feelings. But people are hurting each others’ emotions very easily. It’s very much easy like playing with toys.
I request all of my dear readers that please pray for that person, that his soul can live peacefully. We should also come in front hand in hand and should help all the human beings in getting peace and can help them to  be humane very easily. The people like you and me should achieve some maturity to lend a hand others.

The New Broadcast Ethics

In the last week, the Information and Broadcast Ministry of India, decided that now onwards, the ministry will provide licence to those new channels, which will have at least 20 crores of rupees. In addition to this, the I&B Ministry also said that, if the news channels will break the rules of the Advertising Codes for five times, then the Information & Broadcast Ministry has the authority to cancel their licences.

Now the question is arising on the credibility of the news channels; their working style, will the owner of the news channels will be able to diseeminate exact news without thinking about the claculation of money. personally I| belief that, in todays world "money matters a lot". Otherwise, is it possible for a human being to convey information to the mass without caring about their TRPs & money.

But a person who is good in in mass communication wantes to come up with a news channel, can really open a news channel to share their own views by disseminating correct news through their own channels. First of all they need to think about their financial support then they can establish a news channel. Otherwise mass communication has also become a way of earning money for the governement, and the way to earn more TRPs that the owners can force the audiences to watch their channel. The way of communication of the message and the process to open the eyes of the people has gone somewhere else. Now people are not at all concerned with this.

|Being a student of Journalism and mass Communication, I request all of my readers to understand the importance of news channels and how should they work for the building of the nation. We talk about the development of the nation. But if wrong message will be conveyed to the mass of the nation who will take the initiative to make it correct. I cordially request all of you to understand the news not the way of presentation the news. Don't go for the spices of the news, concentrate only on the depth of the news; which can create a huge uprising for the growth of the nation.

Friends versus Enemies

As I m studying out of my home town throughout the last five and half years, most of the times I suffers from home sickness. Sometimes I feel that I wish I could be at home and could have done lot of things. Sometimes I also feel jealous of my friends’ lives.

“I arise in the morning torn between a desire to improve the world and a desire to enjoy the world. This makes it hard to plan the day.” - E. B. White

This is one of my favorite quotes I always come across. Throughout my life’s 23 years I had faced lot of problems. Sometimes people promised me lot of things and then broke their promises as if they are unknown to me. I got lot of friends, but among them I selected very few for myself, whom I considered as “my cup of tea”.

I admire this quotation a lot because; I had faced lot of issues regarding friends and all. One of my friend who was very close to me but suddenly I noticed that she don’t want to talk to me. She used to seat on another bench in my classroom. I started to felt guilty that what I committed wrong. What was my fault that she was ignoring me? Later on I came to know that somebody is playing with her mind.

I tried to improve my relations with my very good friend, but the person who is dominating her mind didn’t gave her the chance to do something better. But she played games to make successful a bad plan, but I was doing something very good, but still I have to plan some strategies. What is the limit of strength of truth?
In the mean time I came to know that, a third person, who don’t know my friend and is trying his level best to become her very close friend. He is also trying to use her in some other way. But now my friend is not talking to me and I am in a jeopardy that how will I convey my message to her.

When I was packing my things to come to home, I was thinking that I’ll be free from these politics for some days. But no. I’m not. When I was in train then also I’m receiving anther bad news that my friend is going to meet that guy who is plotting a big plan against my friend. He with his friends is planning to bring my friend to their farm-house.

Now my favorite readers I want your suggestion to solve this problem. How can I solve this issue? At one side I have my friend whom I love a lot because she was the person who helped me when I was in a dire need of help. Please guys help me out. I want my friend and want my friendship with her back. And I also want to punish that bitch and that guy very poorly.

The Anna Fever

Since the last three months, the Anna Hazare fever is going through the whole nation. But still the government is not doing anything fruitful. When Anna & his followers gave the ultimatum to the UPA government that they have to think about the Lokpal Bill very strictly. But till date government is totally failure, especially our respected Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh has only done a successful work by writing a letter to Annaji.

On the other hand, the UPA took another worthless step by arresting Anna Hazare, Kiran Bedi and Arvind Kejriwal. When the whole Anna team has decided to revolt against the government in a silent manner but the government should not have taken such a bullshit step. At least they were not creating any kind of problem for the country. its true that right now in the country, there is no any other point of discussion. The UPA government is unable to take any kind of step because all the ministers know that they are all corrupt.

Right now the situation of the whole nation is very bad. Each and every person, from top to bottom everybody is corrupt. More or less everybody is a part of everyday's corruption. May be Anna Hazare took the wise decision to do something for the development of the country but if the bitter reactions from the government will continue then its very difficult to save the nation. the government is struggling with so many cases and scams. Like, 2G spectrum, Commonwealth Games, Cash-for-Vote, etc. All these people are selling the whole country in lieu of money.

Right now there are many questions arising. Such as, what will the clauses if government agrees to the Lokpal Bill; if the government accepts the bill then will the Prime Minister will come under Lokpal or not; Ombudsman is very much successful in the countries like Armenia, Australia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Bulgaria and Canada. Will it be successful in India also? Is their any guarantee that the 11 people committee comprised of the Chief Justice of Supreme Court & the other judges of the High Courts will be able to eradicate corruption? Is their any surety that the 11 people committee will not be corrupt at all? Is there any guarantee that our nation will be counted as one of the corrupt free nation?

It is very much clear that, Anna Hazare is the vehicle who brought the middle-class people under one roof and make them understand that corruption is hollowing the country. If this situation will continue then the nation will be a insect eaten tree which have sucked all the nutrients from the soil and the tree will destroy some day with its own weight. Being the citizen of this nation I belief that we should come up with lot more ideas and should help Anna to exterminate corruption from the roots.

One day, I got a text message from my friend that if we will call to 8003050550 then our calls will be registered by Times of India and they will present our calls register as the people who want a strong Lokpal Bill. I had called them up and got a text message from Times Group. Now its your turn guys!!! Call them and prove the government that the people of this nation have elected them through Lok Sabha elections and these people of this nation can also through them out of the Lok Sabha in the next election.

What is Tranqulity???

“It is in vain to say human beings ought to be satisfied with tranquility: they must have action; and they will make it if they cannot find it.”
-         Charlotte Bronte

Tranquility means to have calm & peace on life. This can be used in a very optimistic tone & in a pessimistic tone too. But it totally depends on the person who wants to be in this state. This state of serenity is something which comes in everybody’s life.

In different religion, the word “tranquility” means something different. Such as in Buddhism, it came from the word “passaddha”, means the tranquility of the body, soul, thoughts & conscience on the alleyway of enlightenment & illumination. For this particular term, in Quran Shariff it’s written that, “It is He who sent down tranquility into the hearts of the believers, that they may add conviction to their Faith…”- page no. 48:4

There are lots of benefits of this state of mind. In psychology, the Attention Restoration Theory (ART) propounded by Kaplan & Kaplan proposed that, the things which are related to us or our daily life can be the things which will help us to come back to the real world. Sometimes, it happens with us that we are sitting at a place but not with ourselves, or we are not in the state where we should be. In that situation, these things & objects connect us with the actual world. People love to be in this state because they want to get distracted with the real world somehow or the other. Herzog & pheasant used another term, “Soft fascination”. It means that, people are deemed to occur when there is enough interest in the surroundings to hold attention but not so much that it compromises the ability to reflect.
Infact in the subjects like literature, tranquility works as the way to achieve serenity & composure in the life. Wordsworth, Shelley & Tennyson created the world of quietness & their lines paved us to the area of serenity where we can attain the whole consciousness & perception.

The stimuli with positive impacts on tranquility are a natural landscape, including woodland; wide open spaces; birds & other wildlife; presence of rivers, streams, lakes or the sea. On the other hand, there are some stimuli with negative impacts on tranquility are noise; light pollution; large numbers of people; masts & wind turbines.

My Trip to Noida

When I ended with my end-semester exams, I came to know that I’m going to Newzstreet Noida office to pursue my summer training. I jumped with happiness because it was a great opportunity for me to learn lot of things & to have a professional feeling. Finally, 4th June, I boarded to my train & reached to New Delhi station with my friends Anindita & Sonam.

As I came into the national capital, the city welcomed with the peppy song “Saibo” (remix) from the movie “Shor in The City”, which is quite close to my heart was played by the radio station. The fresh air of morning, the light sun-rays was coming through the windows of the metro, the feeling of being in the most running city which never sleeps. Altogether the feeing was indescribable. It also vibrated me to work something for the city. But the main examination started when I joined the office on June 6. They taught us how to work in a professional media house. Though they scolded me too, but I just want to remember the good learning times.

Apart than the office time, I also enjoyed with my two friends at our paying guest where we are living. We cook food, fight also, but nobody keeps the bitter feelings in their heart. Before my trip to Noida, I thought that how will I adjust with my friends, because being their good friends is something else & live with them is another issue. But this problem also got solved time by time, when we started to understand each other. As I mentioned earlier that, I planned to do something different for the city, that’s why I donated blood during these days, with a feeling to help those who badly need blood.

But still there is something emptiness in my heart. I’m missing Lucknow, the city of Nawabs. Though it is a city of Nawabs for the whole world, but this is the city which trained me to live alone, to face the tough situations, to manage everything myself. When I was at my home town, Chittaranajn, West Bengal, with my parents, they used to support me. For a needle to dresses I used to approach my parents. But in Lucknow, I learn to buy all the things. Especially, skilled myself to learn the skills to adjust with each & every kind of person who are having different kind of psyche. I’m living alone there, that’s why missing my parents a lot. My parents are coming to meet me on July 15. I’ll meet them after six months. I’m waiting for the day when they will be standing in front of me. I’m going back to Lucknow on July 1.

Right now I’m just rejuvenating my days in Lucknow, as I don’t have anything to do. Those are my special memories. I’m counseling myself a lot, but there’s no other option without learning some good proficient skills. But I’ll also memorize these days, as I got the first hand professional feeling in this city. I stepped into the media house through this company. That’s why I’m thankful to Newzstreet, who stirred me to feel my special qualities. Now I just hope to have something fruitful with myself.

Pirates of the Caribbean - On Stranger Tides

Rob Marshall (director) came up with the 4th series of the Pirates of the Caribbean, where for a change Penelope Cruz (Angelica) replaced Keira Knightley. Captain Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp) as usual stunning with his adventurous ideas to reach the destiny with his friend Gibbs (Kevin McNally). But the movie starts with confusion that who’s the real Jack Sparrow. This question gives the audiences enormous interest to watch the movie & fortunately the story of the movie holds this interest of the audiences till the end of the movie.

The movie revolves around Captain Jack Sparrow & how he reaches to the elusive fountain of youth. He wanted to find it out in order to remain a hero in the history. He got company of his ex-lover, Angelica (Penelope Cruz) & her father Blackbeard, whom he want to teach a lesson. Because Blackbeard has captured Sparrow’s old ship & Barbossa lost his one leg. Walt Disney created a very nice & pretty set to define the story very efficiently.

Rob Marshall is quite successful with the running of multiple stories at the same time on the screen. The English soldiers under the guidance of Barbossa & Blackbeard with his soldiers were in search of the elusive fountain. As Sparrow is only having the knowledge that’s why Blackbeard was bound to follow his orders, but in between that Sparrow also met Barbossa & promised that he will help him out in finding Blackbeard. The story is neatly knitted around all the characters. Gibbs, another friend of Sparrow, helped the English soldiers to reach the destiny. But at last, the movie ends with the message that truth wins after any kind of battle. Barbossa was trying to drink this elusive drop of youth in order to make himself immortal, but he didn’t got the opportunity & saved the life of his daughter Angelica. Truth won & his evil deeds got mixed with the sand.

Anish Malhotra, student, commented after watching the movie that, “As usual the movie was good, but I think that in the other three parts, Keira Knightley was more better than Penelope Cruz. She tried to justify the character.” Rinkie Sharma, housewife talked about the movie as, “It was an outstanding movie. I personally enjoyed a lot. Johnny & Penelope were awesome.”

Bidhan Sabha elections in West Bengal

Gopal Krishna Gokhale quoted that, “What Bengal thinks today, India thinks tomorrow.” But this quotation has got changed by time. The situation of West Bengal has minimized a lot. Mr. Buddhadev Bhattacharjee is the chief minister from the last years. Almost 25 jute factories, Bengal Lamps, Sen Rally, Pilkinton Glass factory, Dunlop Tyres, MCC, etc are the locked factories. These factories used to be one of the best factories of not only in India, but in the Asia also. In today’s time approximately 80,00 small & large scale factories are locked out. Before 3 years, Mr. Pawan Ruiya took over the Dunlop tyres, but still the company is not going well.

When Mr. Jyoti Basu was the chief minister of West Bengal, the Shivpur Engineering University got the proposal to be one of the Indian Institute of Technology from the University Grant Commission. But, Mr. Basu said that we don’t want this kind of college in our state. During the 70s & 80s, Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur used to be the best IIT in India, but now other IITs competitively better than their infrastructure. In other engineering or management colleges, education level had gone down to the lowest point. That’s the reason why the students of this generation are running to other states to build their career & secure their future. The salary in the corporate sectors is quite low in comparison to the other corporate houses of other states.

If we will take the example of Lalgarh, the CPM party accused the Maoists that they are spreading chaos in that area. But they didn’t accept that their party is the only party who is supporting the Maoists. In Lalgarh, no women is safe, not only the women but the little innocent girls was raped by the Maoists. Otherwise, Naxalwadi would have not taken birth in Bengal. Another case occurred in Nanur, when the dacoits who support CPM party burned 11 people in front of the whole village. But still those murderers are roaming openly. In 2007, Tata Motors finally went away from Singur, because they knew that during the reign of Communist Party they cannot establish their plant successfully. It’s almost next to impossible.

The Gyaneshwari train accident case also created massive chaos in the state. But our sweetest Chief Minister didn’t hassle to investigate about the accident. He said that, it’s a railway accident & the Railway Minister, Mamta Bannerjee is responsible for the investigation. Now the million dollar questions are why the Communist Party is untruthful to the common people; when the common people know that the concept of Communist Party didn’t got the weight in the States like Russia, Cuba & China, then why people are not dethroning them; will this time the decision of the common people change & Mamta will be the next chief minister of Bengal; how will the next CM manage the conked out state.

Commercialization in Indian Cricket

2nd April, 2011, the date has already written with the golden letters in the history of cricket. India won the world cup cricket for the second time, after 28 years. Throughout this time, India reached the final in 2003 world cup cricket under the leadership of Sourav Ganguly. But Australia defeated us. But this time Sri Lanka was defeated by the Dhoni’s men in blue. This time we had a good team also, experienced batsman like Sachin, Sehwag, Dhoni, Ganbhir, & Yuvraj; & bowlers like Zaheer, Munaf, Nehra, Harbhajan. The main center of attraction were the new-commers also, like Suresh Raina, Virat Kohli, & Piyush Chawla. They also performed well. But the most of the credit goes to Gary Kirsten, who trained all the boys’ day & night.

All the Indians are happy with the performance of the team in world cup, but from today itself (8th April, 2011) the IPL 4 is starting. My question is that, how many people are interested in IPL 4. The world cup just got over; people are running through this feeling of bringing the world cup home & now just after 6 days of final match, IPL 4 is knocking at the doorsteps. I would like to say that now in IPL its totally commercialization is driving the whole game. Mukesh Ambani & Neeta Ambani are the owners of Mumbai Indians, Preity Zinta is of Punjab Kings XI, Shipla Shetty & Raj Kundra is of Rajasthan Royals, Shahrukh Khan is of Kolkata Knight Riders, Sahara India Parivar is of Kochi, etc. Isn’t it that, the cricketers are running after the money. In this IPL 4 Mahendra Singh Dhoni is the most costly player who is leading the Chennai Super Kings.

Now this tournament will also continue throughout 1 & half month, then again India has other series to play. If the team will be engaged to play all these matches then, when will they get rest? In the nest series, if the performance of India will be low then we will shout against the team & will say that team’s performance is bad. But the BCCI should understand that the cricketers are human beings, they should also get rest, and otherwise their performance level will go down, they will be tired. When all the Indian cricketers are playing for the provincial teams, the audiences get confused that to which they will support. Because they think that, my favoruite cricketer is Sachin, then I’ll support Mumbai Indians, if somebody’s favoruite cricketer is Yuvraj, they he will support Punjab King’s XI. Here don’t come out the nationality; it gives rise to the provinciality.

Till date, I didn’t understand the importance of the cheer girls’ during the matches. All these issues, points out the only problem, “COMMERCIALIZATION IN INDIAN CRICKET”. Now the audiences should realize that how should they perceive the IPL 4.

A Real Woman Behind Jinxed Prostitution

Prostitution is such kind of profession, which started from the very early period. It got established in the Greek king’s court, & then it spread throughout the world in leaps & bounce in order to fulfill their sexual desires. Now-a-days, it has become a part & parcel of almost everybody’s life. And now people are accepting it in a positive manner. They don’t even think that it’s harmful for the society & the upcoming generation.

Have anybody thought that what could be the reasons why a woman comes to the dark world of prostitution? There could be many reasons. Such as, poverty, unemployment, etc. Sometimes, it also happens that some women don’t enter willingly in this field. They don’t even know about the sexual desires & the wildness of the male community. There are lot of people in this society who sales & buys the girl in lieu of money, & send them to the different part of the country or the world. Then they are forced to enter to the darkest part of the world where the women are used as a commodity with different kind of risks in life.
In Lucknow, we can have prostitutes in the areas like, Heinemann Chowraha, Chinhat Chowraha, near Fun Republic, etc. In these areas men come & can get women to fulfill their needs. But men use these women only for their desires & then they throw them out of their life very easily. The women of this area are not of affluent families, don’t have much money. But they are selling themselves to earn a square meal a day. Some women among them are those who are every night beaten by their husbands & they are earning money just for their children. One of them had said, “Hum kya karein. Hamare pas karne ko kuch nahi hai. Pati raat ko daru peeke aate hai aur marte hai. Bachon ki padhai ke liye kuch toh karna hi padega. Toh yehi karte hai, warna bhukhe mar jayenge.” This shows that whatever they are doing its against their ethics & will power.

Sometimes, these women want to come out of the brothels & want a peaceful life, but this baneful life follows them at each & every point of their life & don’t give them a chance to lead a happy & prosperous life. This brings some problems like AIDS, infections, etc. & the mental problems like, stress, depression, pessimism, inferiority complex, etc. These kinds of women are sometimes unable to realize their qualities, the actual & real women inside them & are forced to live a life of prostitute. A woman has a dream of having a loving & caring husband, lovable family, obedient children, and a good career & last but not the least of course education. But the world of prostitution doesn’t even give a chance to think of them & do something of their own sweet will.

Me & My Tough experiences...

This time a got a very good experience in my life. i don't know how I got it, but when it happened to me I didn't expected that I'll perform so well. Life is busy no doubt, but in between that having experience about an accident is something very different. Rather, out of my day to day life.

On 9th march, me & my friend Anindita, after college over, we planned to go market to the photo studio. we planned to gibe the soft copy of the pictures of the Social Awareness Project. Both of us were by my friend's scooty. Near Jaipuria Management College, suddenly I noticed that we are lying on the road with blood shedding from my forehead. I was silent for some seconds, after that stood up & came to know that a lady dashed us from behind. I found my friend is also severely injured. Both of us shouted a lot on that lady & finally she got agreed to take us to the nearest hospital. Forrd Hospital was at the nearest point. But that lady was in a full mood to leave us at the door of the hospital, but we were with her like her shadow.

My friend called her Mom, & doctor gave us the most bad news of our life that the doctors have to stitch our foreheads. Both of us started to shout. But slowly we got settled & one by one went for the surgery. I got 10 stitches on my right forehead. I was altogether silent. But till date didn't informed my parents, because of their hyper-tension. And more than that i'm not near to them, & don't want to give them mental pain. After that both of us had x-ray & came to know that everything is fine with us. I came back to my paying guest but went to my friend's place for some days.

Throughout this time period, I came to know about myself that I'm a runner of a long race & can suffer a lot of pain. I didn't shouted during the stitches & the dressing period. I became mentally strong. I came to know that I'm strong. When I was a child, I used to get a bad treatment that I'm a girl child, don't have that much brain & potential. I cannot make my career, I'm weak & not smart. But now I can say that I'm strong, sensible enough, potential & capable of good things.

During these days, I got a nice family bonding far from my home. I was with my friend, Anindita's family till the day doctor declared me safe & secured. It was a week with them. They are very kind & sweet. In her family her father & mother is there but the family is leaded by her sweet grandmother, "AMMA". I had lost my grandmother, when I was only 3 years old. So I don't know that much love & care of a grandmom. But this time I got them & felt very lucky to myself. I wish if I could have also got my grandmother alive till today. I miss my parents a lot. But the family I got far from my own homeland, that's amazing & I'll be debt to them through out my life.I love you all.

What is a Relationship???

What is a relationship??? Have you ever thought, or have you ever tried to answer it?. Its a saying that human beings are very emotional. But I think that we follow any relationship to be happy, to get some emotional support. If we love somebody, then on the contrary we expect love, affection, care & support.
Being into a relationship doesn't mean that you should talk to that particular person each time. It doesn't mean that you need to meet that person all the time. It means that you are taking care of that person, just listen to him/ her, his/ her feelings, views. Just think for their betterment & encourage them at each & every step of their life. Believe me its gonna be the best relationship of your life.
A lot of times I had come across the young boys & girls are having more than one love relationship. My questions is that are they reliable or are they genuine to their partner? I don't think so. If u are genuine then you should not be with more than one person. Love doesn't mean to be with each other all the times, it means that you should give all kind of independence to your partner. Whatever he/ she wants to do don't stop them. But of course their thinking & work should not be illegal or bad. They should be good & it should not harm anybody's feelings.
When I was into a relationship, I used to feel myself lucky. But when suddenly & slowly I came to across the way of thinking of my boy friend I got shocked. I used to lie to my parents & went to meet him. I used to give more importance to him more than my friends. I didn't abused him so far. I used to love him & his family a lot. One day he brutally humiliated me & my parents. And that day I decided not to talk to that person. If a person don't want to listen me then what can I do. After shouting upon me, he called me up several times & tried to say sorry. Is the five letter word SORRY so cheap. Do it have some respect. Rather do I have any respect of my own. I'm not a puppet of his hand, that whenever i'll look nice he'll hold me near to him & when I'll be bad then he'll throw me out of his life just like a mosquito out of milk. I have some dreams. I used to dream to live with him & to walk side by side by holding his hand. But god didn't gave me that opportunity. Is it my bad luck or my good? I would like to keep this question in front of the readers & please answer me whether I had done right or wrong.

My experiences to Manesar

Manesar is a place situated in the lap of Aravalli Hill, Haryana. This is a nice place. I went there for the Military Training Camp from Amity University, Lucknow Campus. I got lot of experiences there. Some are really memorable & some are not to be remembered. I had already deleted the bad memories from my mind. We started from Lucknow, by Lucknow Mail, & were supposed to reach Gaziabad at 5 am. Before reaching to Gaziabad, lot of mishaps occurred in the train. A rift was occurred between our faculty & one of our classmate. But our classmate didn't felt sorry for that. We make her understand but when she had already prepared some thing in her mind, then nobody can't make her understand the things & can't put her on the right track. After reaching to Gaziabad, we went to Manesar by bus. We reached there by 9 am. Its a beautiful place with lot of greenery by Amity Manesar Campus. Basically Amity has a Business school there & with that a military training school, where kids from 8th standard to 12th standard learns the defence skills. We were served with the breakfast, then followed by our uniforms & plates, glass & spoon for the 7 days. Infact we were also supposed to wash them ourselves. We got up early in the morning at 5.30 am, then we used to reach our march past field at 7.00 am. Then we used to come back to our tent & had breakfast & get ready for the whole day's event. I had experienced lot of things there. Rock-climbing, para-sailing, rappelling, air rifle shooting. I also did the march past, at that time I was thinking that I had gone to my school days again. This was charming & on the other hand very tiring too. After all this, we used to came back at 6.00 pm or so, then tea-time & followed by dinner. In the mean time, alternately we used to charge our mobile phones.
But through out this military training camp, what I learnt was that discipline, & hard-work. I also learnt that how tough is the life of a military person. Its very easy to say that somebody is working over there, but now I got to know that their life is very hard .

The 13th zodiac sign

The 13th zodiac sign Ophiuchus has been discovered by the scientists. But in the mean time, a point of discussion has been started between the astrologers & scientists on the existence of it. Scientists adopted this name from the name of the Greek god. According to them, the numbers of constellations have been increased from 40 to 88. Now all the 12 zodiac signs got 20 days for them. But the million dollar question is who will clear the confusion about the 13th zodiac sign.
But personally, I belief that this 13th zodiac sign should be discarded because till date we know only 12 zodiac signs are in & people believes on these signs. suddenly this got changed, now the problem occurred is that people's zodiac sign got changed. Some of the people had gemini became taurus, some were having scorpio now they are libra, etc. This is gonna create a massive confusion.
